Industry access during the programme, mentors who have made the decision, and an assessment that companies can actually read.
Every WCRCSB programme runs against live organisations. Participants enter operating companies through the Inside Business protocol — structured immersion with a defined business question, access to the people who run the function, and a required output. Not a factory tour.
Structured company immersions·CEO Interrogations·Functional deep-dives with operating leaders·A live corporate strategy challenge set by a real company·Boardroom simulations built on real decisions
Each participant is matched with a mentor from the WCRC network — founders, CEOs, functional leaders and directors — selected against what that participant is actually building or deciding.
Mentoring runs as scheduled one-to-one sessions across the programme, plus peer boardrooms where participants bring live problems to a confidential room. Mentor matches are confirmed after admission, once we understand the participant's context.
Industry engagements, mentor matches and host organisations are confirmed per cohort and are subject to partner selection processes.
